AMCOP
AMC started producing programmes in 2016 -the extremely popular AMC Movie Talk is currently in its sixth season.
AMC produced its first drama series, Asunder (a 64-episode series) in December 2017. Other AMC original productions include AMC Red Carpet, The Hangout and AMC Music Lounge.
In October 2018, AMC unveiled African Movie Channel Original Productions (AMCOP), created to further the development and productions of own content.
AMC has added over 200 exclusively-owned movies to its continuously expanding library, as well as thousands of hours of unscripted content such as short movies, talk shows, magazine shows, and lifestyle shows.
